OUR STORY

Who is Allison Place

Allison Place, Inc. began as many other companies . . . a vision.

After several years as a designer for branded and private label products in the junior market, and the birth of her daughter, owner Letty Lopez saw a void in children’s apparel.

In the early 90’s, when traditional dresses filled store racks, a “trendy” fashionable girls line was developed, to bring color, print and design from the junior market.  By the late 90’s, the Pink Vanilla brand was born creating a unique, fashion forward line with ‘Mom’ in mind.  Pink Vanilla quickly grew and could be found in specialty and dept. stores throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Anticipation Maternity was introduced in 2003, created for the young, hip women wanting both fashion and comfort.  The line offers affordable junior inspired tops, bottoms and dresses.  By using soft, stretchable fabrics, our versatile core pieces are designed to be worn before, during and after pregnancy.

As fashion & business has evolved, so has Allison Place.  Now as a team of women, all with daughters, we offer years of expertise and experience in the children’s and women’s market.  Our goal is to keep a pulse on trends and continue to create stylish, wearable fashion.  Our dedication is to provide quality and durability that is affordable.  With all of our manufacturing in Los Angeles, we take a hands-on approach to maintain top quality and timely shipments to our customers.

We believe the nurturing and care we put into our product is reflected in our brands, once you try our clothing we know you will agree!

Giving Back

Giving is not just what we do, it is who we are.  Allison Place, Inc. has given us an opportunity to donate thousands in clothing to those in need.  Through our recent collaboration with Rainbow Services, a non-profit organization serving families of domestic violence in the South Bay, we are able to directly help our community by donating women's and children's clothing.
